Meet Our Staff

Peter Konopasky, RPT

Peter graduated with a masters in physical therapy from CSU, Northridge in 1989. He has been in private practice since 1995, emphasizing the Scientific Therapeutic Exercise Progressions of the Ola Grimsby Institute and manual therapy such as neuromuscular re-education (Strain/Counter-Strain) of the Jones Institute, and Pain Reflex Release Techniques (PRRT).


Paul Konopasky, RPT

Brian Beltran, PT, DPT

Brian graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2017. Brian started working in an Outpatient clinic in Corona after graduation, he became the Assistant Director of the clinic just after 1 year of working there. He recently joined our APT team in July 2022. Brian has experience in Vestibular rehab, post-op rehab, neurobalance rehab, and other PT related diagnosis. On his off time Brian enjoys playing roller hockey, soccer, rock climbing, surfing, and running. He loves checking out different food venues and enjoys a good cup of coffee. On the weekends he participates in his local church, helping lead in the youth worship.


Albert Liu, PT, DPT

Albert is a Socal native who earned his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science at Cal Poly Pomona and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. His passion for rehabilitation and fascination with the human body and its movement came from his experiences growing up playing sports, doing martial arts, and wanting to help his family with their injuries. He has clinical experience in settings from orthopedics to neurological. Albert enjoys using a combination of manual hands-on approach and functional movement for treatment to help his patients reach their goals and get back to doing what they love most. In his free time, he enjoys staying active by working out, hiking, doing martial arts as well as playing guitar, trying new foods, and spending time with his family and friends.
